RULES

1. Eligibility: Imperial Cat’s Prize Package Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Imperial Cat, Twitter, Inc and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Sponsor: Imperial Cat, 900 W. Church St., Morrilton, AR 72110.

3. Timing: The Giveaway begins on January 13, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. Central Time ("CST") and ends on February 18, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. CST (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit www.imperialcat.com/twitter-promo.php to receive instructions on how to enter the Giveaway. You will be prompted to sign into your Twitter account. If you do not have an account visit www.twitter.com to create one. Twitter accounts are free. Once logged into your Twitter account, follow the links and instructions to become a follower of Imperial Cat, then repost the following message to your account: @ImperialCat is Giving Away $150 in Cat Products! RT & Follow to Enter! View prize & details here: http://www.imperialcat.com/twitter-promo.php.

5. Winner Selection & Notification: This is a game of chance. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. Limit one (1) entry per day/per person/Twitter address. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Odds of winning are based on number of entries received. Prize notification will be completed on February 19th, 2010. Potential winner will be notified via the @ImperialCat page on http://twitter.com/ImperialCat and asked to Direct Message contact information to @ImperialCat. If any winner notification remains unanswered for more than seventy-two (72) hours, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. The prize is not transferable; no prize substitutions, or cash alternatives are allowed.

7. Release: By receipt of prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Twitter, Inc., and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

9. Winner's Name: The winner's name may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked by February 16, 2010 to: Imperial Cat, PO Box 1001, Morrilton, AR, 72110, Attention: Twitter Giveaway. The winner's name will also be posted online on the promo page at http://www.imperialcat.com/twitter-promo.php.
